Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping within Canada only.

  • International Shipping: Not available

At this time, we do not ship orders outside of Canada.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays. During periods of high order volume, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days

Please note that the 5–8 business day timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada. Customers will not be charged an additional shipping fee for standard delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives your package.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with checking the status of your shipment.

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, Johnston Terminal is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
